Complex Metal Forming Solutions

September 22, 2020

We are a leader in complex metal forming solutions and manufacturing for the aerospace industry. We specialize in exotic alloy forming and hot stamping the unique parts that aerospace requires, including veins, gallery arms, exchangers, and lipskins. We go beyond simply stamping the part you need and shipping it to you. We design our tools based on your part’s specific metal composition and utilize non-recurring  engineering (NRE) to guide you to possible solutions for your program.

In-House Kirksite Foundry Reduces Lead-Time

Kirksite foundry tools

March 25, 2020

Our in-house kirksite foundry creates short lead-time for tool and assembly for projects that require quick turnaround. We have a pour capacity of 60,000 lbs. per casting and over 750,000 lbs. a month. Kirksite (zinc alloy) requires little machining to the molding surfaces and can be easily polished for a nice, smooth finish. This allows us to produce tooling for tight time schedules and incorporate changes very quickly. Contact us at to see if our kirksite foundry is right for your next project.
