Our Frame Capabilities

We are a full service metal frame manufacturer specializing in stamping, welding, fixturing, and assembling frames. We also produce skateboards using a combination of aluminum, castings, and extrusions. Working with aluminum and conventional steel our experienced craftsmen assemble, post-pierce, and join frames using methods such as SPR, adhesives, and resistance, MIG, and FDS welding. Using these capabilities, we create underbody components and assemblies ranging from axles to front and rear cradles to full frames. We also manufacture skateboards to accommodate the unique needs of the EV environment and can modify existing frames for new prototype models.
