Scot Bowie joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in August of 2022. Scot brings more than 20 years of financial experience including a range of accounting and finance roles with both publicly-traded and private equity manufacturing companies.
Scot is the former Vice President Corporate Controller for Shiloh Industries, a Tier 1 automotive supplier of a wide variety of components such as dash and floor panels, door systems, engine oil pans, and brake components. As VP Corporate Controller, he was responsible for all Accounting functions.
Prior to Shiloh, Scot was Vice President Corporate Controller at Superior Industries International, a Tier 1 automotive supplier of aluminum wheels; Corporate Controller at Black Diamond, Inc., a manufacturer of climbing, skiing, and mountain sports equipment; and Chief Accounting Officer at Affinia Group Incorporated, an automotive aftermarket manufacturer of principally filters, brakes, and chassis products.
Scot earned his Bachelor Degree from Brigham Young University and his designation as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Michigan.
