In our 60 years of manufacturing prototype and production assemblies, we have applied lessons learned to continually improve our services year after year. Our dedication to the development and improvement of our processes and our personnel has helped us consistently deliver a high-quality product at a competitive price.

Within the ever-evolving automotive fabrication industry, we have positioned ourselves for success through the integration of new processes and technology while maintaining the high-quality standards expected of us. We have established a solid reputation for reliability and trustworthiness within the industry.

We take a strategic approach in utilizing robotics in our prototype process. Our prototype resources allow us to produce anything from small bracketry to complete Body in White vehicles. This includes manufacturing prototype tooling, metal stampings, trim moldings, specialty items, and sub-assemblies.

Our use of the most advanced technologies allows us to quickly bring high-quality products to market. We have the capability to produce up to 65,000 welds per week with over 80% from robotic weld guns.

Sheet metal stamping

A program’s product design and volume determines the production process. Our diverse collection of equipment and the depth of knowledge within our team allows us to pick the most efficient methodology for producing each new program.

Housing automated stamping and assembly under one roof provides you with a high-quality, lean, competitive solution for their modular assembly requirements. Our production tooling includes cast steel or steel plate dies in tandem, transfer or progressive presses.

We plan quality into all our processes. Error and mistake proofing techniques are used throughout. Lasers, sensors, and vision technology allow us to design flexible systems to ensure quality regardless of the volume of the production line.
