We take a strategic approach in utilizing robotics in our prototype assembly process. Our prototype resources allow us to produce anything from a small bracket to a complete BIW, using our in-house foundry. We have the capabilities to produce up to 65,000 welds per week along with other joining technologies.

Production
Housing automated stamping and assembly under one roof provides our customers with a high quality, lean, competitive solution for their modular assembly requirements. Our tooling includes cast iron or steel dies for our tandem, transfer, or progressive presses.
